Les Prés Volants

In an old renovated farm, dated 1781, in Désertin in the municipality of Les Bouchoux, the owners have decided to offer two bed and breakfasts and one gîte. Sophie and Daniel offer a warm welcome and a pleasant, nature-oriented and thoughtful stay.

During the works orchestrated by Daniel, local materials and craftsmen were favoured to bring new life to the traditional features of their home, whilst adding the necessary comfort for a high-quality stay. It is also a place for sharing, centred around heritage for which they provide recommendations for outings and cultural visits, centred around animals with the horses, chickens, geese, rabbits and goats bringing life to the site, but also centred around gastronomy with their “table d’hôtes” where Sophie cooks local products, promoting short circuits, and offers specific vegetarian, gluten-free and casein-free dishes. They also strive to accommodate disabled individuals for whom they have adapted their lodgings.
